At X MotorParts, operated by QUEEN NIAJA ROBERTS (Sole Proprietorship), we aim to deliver high-quality automotive parts, welders, engines, and outdoor equipment swiftly and reliably across the United States.
1. Shipping Destination & Coverage
We strictly ship within the United States only (50 US States). We do not currently ship to US territories or international destinations.
2. Order Processing & Transit Times
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
- Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit / Delivery Time: 4 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 8 business days
Note: Orders placed on weekends or national US holidays will be processed on the following business day.
3. Shipping Carriers
All orders are dispatched via trusted domestic carriers, primarily USPS or UPS, depending on product dimensions, weight, and delivery location.
4. Shipping Rates & Thresholds
All shipping costs are calculated clearly at checkout in USD ($) prior to payment authorization:
- Flat-Rate Shipping: $39.99 USD for orders under $1,000.00 USD.
- Free Shipping: $0.00 USD on all orders total $1,000.00 USD or more (applied automatically at checkout).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and direct links to track your shipment via USPS or UPS.
6. Address Changes & Incorrect Delivery Information
Please double-check your shipping details prior to placing your order. If you need to request an address change, contact us within 12 hours of order placement at contact@XMotorParts.store. Once an order enters transit, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.
